They need more staff but they have great customer service and quality of cuts. I suggest ordering online as the wait can be varying from 5 minutes to an hour depending on the time. Online it tells you what the wait is currently.

Disappointing. Totally understaffed and 2 people working were on a very obvious work slowdown. Why don’t you consider staffing 5 to 6 days per week instead of 7, reassigning personnel so they have better coverage. Employee attitudes are going to ruin your business. How about a receptionist to handle greeting customers and answering phones?

Decent for a haircut place. Only issue was that staff did not coordinate with who stops mid haircut and gets people checked in. If low staffed, a quick we will be there shortly is plenty to acknowledge new customer but a few customers came in just standing stalling waiting for 5-10mins for something to happen. One left and one had to call them out. Need more attention to customers.
