I’ve been going to Great Clips for the past 12 years all over Texas. But, this was definitely the worst haircut ever! I’m not even particular about my hair at all. I should’ve let my nine year old cut it!

I gave two stars because there was no wait and the service was quick. I also gave one star because you can’t give 0 or 0.5 a star. The stylist that served us acted as if she was confused or possibly intoxicated. She did a bad job on my son’s hair. He came in looking like someone who had gone 3 weeks without a haircut to someone who looks like they had gone 2 weeks without a haircut. A slight improvement. I would say that it was not good or something less than bad but no, I could have done a better job and I have never cut hair before. I understand that cutting a Black person’s hair is different than cutting a white person’s hair but if you are not able to do both then find a way to advertise that you can’t do it. I’m really upset that my son received such a bad haircut with no effort from the stylist to correct it.

96 minute wait time fully understandable we live close to a base after a long weekend. I arrived 1 min prior to my wait time was expired and grabbed my 2 boys to get their hair cuts we walked in and I was told it was a 33 minute wait I insisted I was next. I opened my app only to see a 33 minute wait I had no choice but to wait as my wife insisted they have the cuts. It was a “man date” time with my boys before I have to deploy away from them for 6 months to a year we planned on spending our time at local putting range but instead had to wait. So we wait the 33 minutes only to be told that we were still not up! My phone says zero the worker insists there is no way that can be I have attached the screen shots below. I will never return to great clips prices have raised significantly and this was really the last straw. I will say that I did receive a discount upon check out in which I changed my review from a one to a 2 star review but corporate really needs to step up and help get more employees into these locations.

Short feathered back, sliding into full midneck front. Shake and go for most women who have a season pool pass. Wednesday in Lampasas is Sr citizens day. 9.99 . Please be generous with the tip. I usually give 5 to ten dollars . It is a miracle how they can take my limp scraggly cut and make it flow perfectly.
