Posting this because honestly one of the strangest and harshest haircut I’ve ever received from a great clips.. Benjamin cut my hair today and was overly aggressive and I felt rushed through my haircut. Definitely not a friendly experience Im used to here at great clips or any location. Im always very friendly to any barber, or hair stylist so I am confused as to why he treated my haircut like he did.

I’ve only had one good experience when coming here. I’m not sure what the name of the lady that cut my hair this last time but she butchered it completely. I have really curly hair and it just looks like I had my 5 year old brother cut it himself. I asked for layers but they are super choppy, there are long layers over the short layers, long layers under all those and just doesn’t look like it normally does at all. And when my male family members get their haircut here in the middle of their fades there are always randomly hairs that are way longer than the rest?? They have to go home and fix it themselves.

Positive: ValueSam was awesome. Usually use an expensive barber but went here due to holidays being expensive. Sam have me a haircut just as good as any barber. Plus she recommended styling powder for my thinning hair lol. True story and she did great.

My wife and I are very happy with the results of our cuts. She also got a shampoo. I recommend you get an online check in but it’s not required. On line check ins do get priority but I was in the chair just before the 2 kids ahead of me actually showed up, otherwise I’d have had to wait for about 50 minutes longer.

I was here about 6 months ago and gave them 4 stars, and I feel I need to raise it to 5 stars, and actually leave a review. Last time I came it was for me, and I have alopecia, and am very hesitant on getting my haircut and they made me so comfortable. Today, I took my boys, 9 & 6, and Kaleena was absolutely amazing! She asked my 9 yr old what he wanted to do with his hair, and if he liked it when she was done. She was very patient with my antsy and itchy 6 year old. I appreciate it so much! I will definitely try to make sure my kiddos get their hair cut by her next time!! Your salon has some amazing people working there!
