The estimated wait time system is extremely off. Said 39 min wait time so I signed in online and waited the 39 min. Got there and almost 2 hours later I still wasn’t seen. Massive waste of 2 hours of my afternoon. I do not recommend this hair salon – try someone local that can give you an actual estimate of when they can see you.

Made an appointment online. Waited about 40 mins after my name was #2 on the list. Started realizing I had gotten skipped 2 times already. Before telling the lady at the counter to just take my name off the list. She stated that I requested a stylist and that was why I was skipped a couple times. I didn’t even request a stylist, I don’t have a log in for great clips. I put my name and phone number on the appointment online. And it stated I had a 59 minute wait. Y’all need to fix this online appointment system. This is ridiculous! Y’all’s company could at least ask everyone when they show up with an appointment if they requested a stylist or not. So they can confirm before you’re just automatically skipped. Total waste of my time, I won’t be going back.
