I usually get my hair trimmed at Great Clips due to the cost-efficiency of a simple cut. Today was the last day I will be going to this location for any service. I understand that it’s meant to be a speedy process, that’s a big benefit as well. However, my stylist was RUDE from the beginning to the end seeming to want to get me out of her chair asap. She made me feel like the smallest person alive: she found a shorter piece of underneath my hair so I explained it was from a procedure that has caused limited growth in that one area. She told me “No.” continued to make ugly looks throughout the cut.

I took my son to get his hair cut. When it was his turn I had to run an errand down the street. I left my debit card with my son, after he was done the stylest tricked him into giving her a $17 tip!!!! So the total for a simple haircut was$34. To cut maybe an inch and a half of his hair off. I’m furious. Never again!! Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismThis place has not changed in year’s. If you arrive anytime before close, your cut is rushed or they will tell you they are closing soon. I get it, they want to go home but service is service and when the sign says, “open” then you are open for business. Otherwise, have a sign that says “open maybe”.
