I normally never have an issue but last visit 3 days ago I went to get a trim and bang cut. My hair is so bad. Especially my bangs. They look awful. I have never had such a bad hair cut in my life. Today will be our first and last visit. She did ok on my sons hair, but she had no patience. He is 10 he doesn’t sit still like one of their mannequins. He barely moved, yet she raised her voice and said you can’t move! First of all she never should have raised her voice, but like I said he barely moved. I can’t imagine if I needed my 3 year olds hair cut. She pushed so hard with the clippers he is red and has been for the last hour. We will stay with sports clips.

Was very specific about what I was wanting to do with my hair. Too much was cut off and though I wasn’t charged, I was still upset when I got home. Self confidence took a bit of a blow. My husband had to fix some areas in the back that were longer than the rest. Though I know my hair will grow back, it’s going to take months to get it anywhere near what I was going for. Not sure I can ever go back. I’ve given this place many chances and have often had to fix a few minor detais that were missed when it was wet. But this really was the most upsetting experience. I think I need to find a new place that truly listens.
