Definitely won’t be back! Took my daughters here for hair cuts and the lady who cut my 10 year olds hair was SO rude. My daughter has special needs and she kept jerking her head around, shoving her head down, and even grabbed her face with 2 hands and shoved it down!!! My daughter wasn’t even moving around, she was being very still. Not really sure how this place is even open. Not to mention she spent an entire 2 minute’s on her haircut.

The lady who cut my 2 year old grandsons hair was very unprofessional! She threw her scissors on her counter and said “that’s as good as it’s going to get” He sits so good for cuts. So there was absolutely no reason for it. I called and talked to the assistant manager and he told me “they have been trying to get her under control” so apparently this isn’t her first complaint. Then that just want to sweep the situation under the rug with a free haircut. Why would I take him back in there?

I took my 2 year old nephew to get a child’s hair cut, a fade and a little off the top. (Keep in mind that he’s 2 and he LOVES to get his haircut) anyway, we went in no wait and went back with the hair stylist. She was so hateful to my nephew. She repeatedly pushed and held his head down, hard. Forcefully turned his head from side to side. Got mad that he said he had hair in his mouth and I was trying to get it off. She kept complaining about him fussing whenever she was holding his head down or turning it from side to side. At the end of the hair cut she threw her scissors on her counter and said that’s as good as it’s going to get. The hair cut was awful. She over charged me and then complained about not getting a tip. Which she would’ve gotten a great tip due to me working in customer service for almost 8 years.

Got my hair cut by some heavy set woman, didn’t catch her name but she screwed my hair up big time. I asked for an inch off the top and a #2 fade on the side and she took my hair almost all off, I had almost three inches of hair on the top now I’ve got a poor man’s crew cut with a lousy fade. I will never visit this location again.
