This was my second time to visit this location. Sandra was my stylist both times. So let me say I have been through so many stylist and they always mess up my hair. Either they cut it too short or uneven. Sandra definitely has exceeded my expectations. She is very transparent and PRECISE! You can tell she is a VERY, VERY, VERY dedicated worker. She has a wonderful personality as well. I see reviews about the location itself which to be honest are somewhat accurate. The place could do with an upgrade but it is clean. I appreciate that. The prices are fair in comparison to upscale salons. Trust me, I got highlights three months ago that cost me $200 at another salon. That stylist does my highlights and I have Sandra take care of my haircut. I have also observed her cut a few gentlemen’s hair. She is detailed and confident. Just communicate and you will leave satisfied with her work. My father owned his own barbershop for over 30 years and he still cuts my boys hair. So I can spot a jacked haircut lol. I just wanted to shout-out about Sandra. A lot of times the hardest workers are under appreciated and/or over looked. Great clips I hope you take care of this employee. From what I can see she is keeping this location running!

Geez! This place needs some TLC. No hot water for a shampoo, sun bleached hand written notes on door, etc and the “stylists” are miserable. No personality or friendliness. Horrible experience for what used to be a cheap cut for my kid. Now $23!

Signed in online and it told me 0 minutes wait and to come down. I live 3 minutes away. Upon getting to the shop I found 2 in chairs and 1 waiting. Man stylist had to help the other stylist causing me to have to wait 25 minutes. I had to constantly tell my styis how I cut my hair and then she told me she couldn’t because of a cowlick. I have been to this establishment on multiple occasions with fantastic results I will not be returning to this shop If those two stylist are working.My stylist was HORRIBLE.

My son and I went in for simple low fade haircuts and I ended up with a terrible high fade and my son had half of his hair not faded, with chili bowl style for both of us. This was buy 2 different barbers. I didn’t want the amateurs to touch our hair anymore so I had my wife fix it for us when we got home. Will not be visiting and of the locations near us in the future
