Worst haircut I’ve had. She didn’t even blend my hair properly or give me the high fade like I wanted and didn’t even trim the hair of the top like I asked. Didn’t even show me the back or side of my hair in the handheld mirror like they usually do. I will not be coming back and will be getting a refund. I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. This location was the one in Lake Worth 3980 boat club road behind home depot.

What happen to o the old thing of first come first service I walked in sat checked in sat down waited 30 minutes then someone walked in that check in online so I have to wait again. This process is not how it should work anymore I can understand during the pandemic but that is over. Please go back to come to the store then check in. This is bad customer service and I will find a different place to get a haircut.

Worse haircut I’ve ever gotten! I didn’t know how bad until I washed it & it dried. I showed the girl the picture of what I wanted. She had her own plans for MY hair! My husband and I were loyal customers for nearly 20 years, never had any complaints til now. I went in for a haircut about 3 months ago. There were 3 stylists there with empty chairs and no customers at that time. I was basically turned away though since I didnt have an appointment. They explained they had customers with appointments that were on the way so I’d have to wait?? After my husband had a similar experience this past weekend we felt it was time to take our business elsewhere. Worked out well in the end though, found a new business nearby that’s “Super”

Very poorly done longer on the right side about a quarter inch than the left way to Thick in back. The girl said she hadn’t worked there very long and acted like I was just a number to get in and out.
