They do a great job. I try to every 6 weeks or so. Sometimes it has been longer. In 2019 I was in rehab after surgery. After 2 months I was discharged. I had a bucket list– get car inspected and get tag , I was a month late. And than get a hair cut. Had shaggy dog look. Several had suggested using the person that came to the rehab. No way, I needed great clips

I’ve been to this location on several occasions with no issues. The stylists have all been kind, courteous, and have made me feel at ease, up until today. I have damaged hair from years of coloring and heat styling and I went in for my first haircut in about 5 months. I was greeted by a stylist…I believe her name may have started with a J but she was older and had grey hair. She sat me down and started brushing my hair and asked what I want. As soon as she combed out my hair, she started laughing at the breakage in my hair. As a stylist, I believe it is their job to make their clients feel comfortable and this lady did the opposite of that. She continued to laugh at the breakage in my hair and basically acted like it was a lost cause, no matter what route I went with cutting my hair. She didn’t recommend anything, did not ask any further questions, nothing. All in all the encounter lasted maybe 5 minutes and it was very uncomfortable due to her constant laughter and judgment about my hair.

I have gone here for a couple of years and always have a great experience. I go in now for a weekly shampoo. Ahhhh, the best! The staff is friendly and helpful. I am on oxygen. They make sure I’m comfortable at the hair washing station, patient as I walk slow and they ask before using a product on my hair so that it won’t affect my breathing. I get a great haircut from Regina! She’s the “bombdiggity”. The place is always spotless and welcoming.
