This was the worst haircut I have ever got. I had very long hair. I asked her how much she thinks she needs to trim off. She said 3 inches because of split ends. I said okay sounds good. She cut off 5 inches and one side is not even with the other. She cut off a lot more than I wanted. She said it needed it but it didn’t. She claimed she did hair for 30 years. I was still nice to her afterwards and said I liked it but when I got to the car I realized how much she cut. That wasn’t what I asked for. Her name is Verna. So be careful with her. I will never be going back here.

My husband went to this location today. The stylist (older, wears glasses) was either in a bad mood or does not not etiquette when cutting a gentleman’s hair. She never asked him some simple things like if he wanted his cut rounded or squared, anything about his sideburns, and was very harsh on his neck with the razor. Around his ears was done extremely sloppy.
