Really rude lady, addressed me as as the opposite gender and started laughing while talking in a different language with her colleagues. Didn’t clean me either so I had clumps of hair everywhere on my neck. Half of the time I couldn’t even understand her due to her thick accent and she would not repeat herself making it awkward. She didn’t give me the haircut I wanted either. Save yourself and just don’t go here, never had a positive experience here.

These two asian ladies don’t know what they are doing. They must have lied on their resume. Every great clips I’ve ever been to in different states can do a simple medium skin fade military style haircut except for these ladies. Told me im better off going to a barber because she can’t do what i asked and the haircut is not complicated. They need new staff in this place.

I moved last year to Mansfield and was worried that I couldn’t find a good barber, i came to great clips on Matlock since I’ve been going to great clips when i was in Dallas , found Diana with a great welcoming and she did a great job and cut my hair they exact way I wanted, this place is great and clean , they are friendly and I recommend it specially Diana to all my friends.

What a horrible experience!!! There were 2 older asian ladies and both had a horrible attitude. I went in today to get a haircut for my 5 year old son and took along my 2 year old as well. From the moment I checked in she started her attitude stating that he has been there for 2 years and I didn’t understand why that mattered. I usually go to Supercuts, but they have started closing on Tuesday due to staffing so that why I went here. She almost cut my son’s ears and then had the nerve to tell at him and told him not move, mind you he was sitting very still. Then all of a sudden the other lady came around and my younger son swiveled one of the chair only once and she yell him not to. I almost lost it, but I kept my cool as much as I could. Then next thing you know she said my 5 year old is done. I looked at his bands and I told her to straighten them out and she kept pushing back and said to keep it natural. I told her no, I want them straight. I don’t know why should should argue with such a simple request. Like I said it was a horrible experience….I would never ever come back to this place. The company owner should really look into the staff here. The lady should not hold scissors at her age and give kids haircuts. Please management look into this place! Get new friendly staff!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The lady who did my haircut had soooo much attitude. She did my haircut so fast that my mask fell off and she didn’t even stop to let me put it back on! When I looked at my hair to make sure I was satisfied with my haircut, she said “I can’t stay here all night for you.” It’s was 6:45 the place closes at 7 and there we no customers! I barely took a minute to look at my hair and just wanted to see how it looked in the back! I promise you, I am not the type to leave bad reviews but after that service I had to! NEVER going back again.

She put absolutely no effort into cutting my nephew’s hair and literally just shaved it all off before I could even stop her. She didn’t even try to make it even! Never going to any of their locations ever again. I waited even after online check in and being first in line. This was after a lady walked just agreed of me and checked in and was 4 places down the list from me. She was called back before anyone even acknowledged me. After the wait, everyone in the place told me they couldn’t do the cut even though it’s the same as I’ve gotten several times at another location. I even showed them the picture taken after the cut at another location. They told me I was fortunate someone did it before. They’re done, in my book.

We have been to this location before and received fairly good service. This time when my husband went in with a coupon the lady was rude. She rushed through his haircut and actually ruined it. Don’t think we will be going back at all.
