Came in to get my sons haircut. It was his turn but i told the lady we were waiting on tiffany and we let someone else go in our place. When tiffany was done with the customer she had we were skipped because of an online check in customer. I understand the online checkins are first but at the same time we gave up our turn to wait on tiffany and and was told we would get her next but was then skipped. I called up there asking how that could happen and was told they have to follow the computer no matter what. If thats the case you might as well get robots to cut peoples hair if they cant make human decisions to do whats right. I mean why would anybody skip there turn to just keep getting skipped by online checkins? Its called common sence.

I’m not sure if this place just hires anyone off the street but my husband went yesterday evening to get a basic hair cut. However, the lady that cut his hair, I believe her name was Venessa, had absolutely NO idea what she was doing. I asked him if he saw a degree of some sort regarding her “profession” and to our surprise there wasn’t. Lol. You know they typically do! Even tho that probably doesn’t really matter, I’d. Like to see hers. Because she shouldn’t be cutting hair for a living and mess up a basic hair cut this bad.
