Went out of my way to come to this location. Won’t bother next time. Asked for a fade and some off the top, and this is what I got…tried to have them fix it, but they made it even worse. Didn’t want it to get any worse, so decided to just leave. Looks like I’m going to have to go home to try and salvage my hair myself.

Just experienced the worst behaviour. I would not even give one star. But, unfortunately I have no other options. I highly recommend not to go to this Great clips. Because, the lady of this salon was so so arrogant and did such misbehave I never ever had from any people in USA. I went their for the haircut of my 4years old, because its gonna be his birthday after 1day. I was just telling her in details how to cut the hair, and she was not even listening to me, just telling me to sit out there and I can see my son when she is done. Still, I was trying to explain it again nicely and also telling her that he is just 4 let me stand, then she just told you dont tell me what to do, and telling me she is not gonna do the haircut and started behaving arrogantly. I was saying, excuse me mam, this not the way you should behave. And the lady started misbehaving and yelling that she is not gonna do haircut, arrogantly take off the hair cutting cloth from my son and asking me to leave. Then I got really angry, was telling her, this is the way you behave with the customers? You are not even listening to me! If you have any personal problem, deal with that lady. Dont show the arrogance to me. My son is just 4years old, I cant leave him. Then, suddenly another customer went in the shop and she went all silent. What a turnover. Such an actress.

I am so glad Toya came back as the manager. She has done my hair for years. I came in today but Toya was busy, she recommended Jamie. I usually don’t like anyone else to cut my hair. Jamie did an amazing job. I am so happy with my new cut. Both ladies are so good at what they do and both super nice. I will recommend this place. Haircut

I have been having my hair cut here for several years. About a year or so ago the person that had been cutting my hair wasn’t there and Megan said that she could do an undercut for me. I explained that I do not like to blow dry my hair because it damages it. When she was finishing my cut my hair wasn’t turning under so she started blow drying my hair. I kept asking her to stop but she kept doing it until the manager told her to stop. The manager then fixed my haircut and did a great job.

I checked in online,went to the salon waited at 15 minutes before someone asked me what I wanted done,then I say I want to get my hair cut short and styled, then the “stylist” says oh since COVID we don’t do styling oh come on give me a break, I wanted to cuss and chew them out, but I kept my composure and went somewhere else, the other place did a wonderful job, anyways since when can you get COVID from cutting hair. Won’t go back there. They made me wait 15 minutes before anyone said anything,also they should change their signage
