I went in for a haircut, showing the stylist the photo of a haircut I wanted. It was shorter that what it looked in the photo, but I didn’t say anything. However, the stylist saw my expression and angrily snapped at me, “You wanted me to cut your hair short!” I shrugged it off, saying my hair grows fast. About five minutes later, she called over another stylist. “I cut her hair exactly how she wanted and she’s not happy! I asked her if she wanted her hair short, and there she is looking all upset!” This woman was acting as if I was a misbehaving child. I asked her to please not talk about me like that. The stylist snapped at me, “I wasn’t talking to you!” I want to mention that the second stylist was very kind. Unbelievable. I have never in my life been treated like that at a salon.

Didn’t have a good experience here at all. They didn’t have our web check in and wouldn’t look at the text I had asking us to come into the salon. The app quoted 11 minutes when we headed over and the text said 15 minutes. When we got to the salon they put our name at the bottom of the list. They did work us in before the last 3 people but still said we were a walk in. They called back a walk in ahead of us when we were 10 minutes past our estimated wait time already. The lady who cut my son’s hair did it in about 4 minutes and was extremely rude/unfriendly. She said she couldn’t go off the photo I showed her of my sons previous haircut. The haircut isn’t horrible but definitely not great. She didn’t put any effort in and just seemed like she hated her job.

I was there today to trim my hair. The lady just took 3-4 minutes, I was the only customer but she look like she was in hurry. She barely spray my hair before cutting.The hair is not well labeled. When I got home I saw my hair looks odd as it is not even. I will never take this great clip service as I am super disappointed.

This was probably the worst haircut I have ever had in the 30 years that I have been coming to Great Clips! The stylist was as cold as a potato and did at even at least use gel in my hair when finished, ‘SHE DID NOT EVEN DRY IT STYLED”!!! My regular stylist Miriam was out on vacation and was not available. I WILL NEVER LET HER TOUCH MY HEAD AGAIN!!
