When I went to have my hair cut again, I was told that the guy that cuts my hair (ROBERT)is no longer there! WOW!! REALLY? He is the ONLY ONE that knows how to cut hair properly there! Every time that I have been there, he had customers asking only for him. He also was having to fix bad cuts from the other stylists, so that GREAT CLIPS didn’t lose customers! They most likely will now that they got rid of their BEST stylist! I will not go back without ROBERT there!! So sad!!!

Critical: QualityI had 8” cut off. The hair dresser dried my hair with the ends all flipped up. I did not realize how awful of a hair cut until the next day when I washed and straightened my hair. My “all the same length” shoulder Bob is actually at my chin, and the layers are cut so choppy that it looks like a “joe dirt” wig. I will never go to a great clips again, especially this one. I am scheduled at a salon tomorrow to attempt to fix it, They will have to stack the back of my hair to fix the butchered layers.I had 8” cut off. I had 8” cut off. The hair dresser dried my hair with the ends all flipped up. I did not realize how awful of a hair cut until the next day when I washed and straightened my hair. Went in to get a haircut and was treated like they didn’t want me there. The haircut was good but the woman who cut my hair apparently had better things to do like play games on her phone. Lady was talking too much not paying attention. Cut my hair thin on one side looks like a bald spot and had random long hairs on the same side. Had maternity pics after. Very dissatisfied. Lady travels to work all the way from lufkin to do a terrible job apparently. Recommend everyone to stay away for awhile until they get people who know what they’re doing.

My first time to get my hair cut there. They only had 2 stylists at the time I went then 1 or 2 more came in a I was getting my hair cut. The stylist did a good job. I have been to Sport Clips too which does a good job also. They are a little high in price. Great clips is a little cheaper but worth the money.

I had a bad experience today with my 8 year old daughter haircut, Totally different than what I asked for, even when I showed the lady 2 example photos and I asked first if she feel confident with that specific haircut, She said yes and she messed up, Another girl tried to fix it, but at the end the result wasn’t what I expected. I’m sure there are probably good hairstylists, but today one of them messed up with my little girl.

Not happy with my son’s haircut today, its not cut well at all. I washed it when I got home and it’s still not a good cut. Can we request a specific stylist because the guy that cut it before did an awesome job. Overall great place but the lady just didn’t do a good job.
