Very under staff!!! Management need to have a discussion about when and where is the appropriate time when to take about a customer that they had that day not with a lobby full of people or when your cutting the next clint. Haircut

It’s an okay place it used to be really good! But now they only have two people usually on staff and the place fills up so they getting too much of a rush and messes up your hair which if you don’t go back the very next day then you have to be charged for a new haircut for their mess up!! Had had this problem the last two times but they used to be really great and pay attention to what they do not have to run back and forth to check people in and everything else that they have to do answer phones with just two people it’s not very great anymore!! I’m looking for a new place to go!

They accept walkins and my boys haircuts are always nice. My husband always loves his haircut, but used a different person this time. Only complaint, he did not get a fade. Maybe someone new? I would recommend people trying it.

The technician’s name that cut my hair was Jade. She was very professional and did an amazing job. She took her time and her attention to detail was amazing. Really disappointed. We checked in on the app. It went from 1 minute wait time to 17. I went in and asked them why. They said I wasn’t there. I had been sitting in the parking lot waiting for the app to tell me it is my turn. Isn’t the point of the app to not have people crowding in the lobby? They told me they had put two in front of me and my three kids…. we would have to wait. Nope. Thank you Supercuts for taking great care of us!
