Neecole is absolutely amazing! I needed about 3 or 4 inches cut off and had some ideas of how I wanted it cut. We talked through the pros and cons of each style and she offered a different option. I went with her recommendation and absolutely love it! She also helped me find a product that adds much needed volume and shine to my hair. I have received tons of compliments on my hair how the cut is adorable and that my hair looks so healthy. So impressed with this location! I was skeptical of their high ratings because I have never had a great Great Clips experience at other locations. Jennifer Brewer took care of my 7 year old son who is not fond of haircuts and made it a great experience for us both. And she did a fantastic job! Checked in online for a convenient experience. I recently had surgery on my left hand so routine hair wash and blow dry with a brush I am unable to do. I went there because it is easy to check in and is only 10 min from my house. When I checked in I told the person what I wanted, wash and blow dry with brush no “finger” dry. After my hair was already wash the stylist asked I want and I told her. The stylist stated they are not equipped to do that but will still taking care of me. They started searching for a round brush in a closet. The stylist commented that they needed to start telling these ladies that they are not equipped to style the hair only to do cuts. No iron curlers no flat irons. She completed the task, ” the best I can do” what they need to do instead of turning customers away is to invest in a few brushes and a flat iron/ curling iron for ladies like me. The cost of my 3 min hair shampoo and 10 min blow dry 36 dollars.

I booked 2 appointments for my son’s and as soon as I walked through the door the customer service was absolutely horrible. When asked who was going first I gave the name and before I could say the name of the second one, a stylist cut me off and was very rude. We walked out of the establishment.

My haircut was so messed up had patches of uneven hair around ears my beard was not cut right had to go to Walmart and buy a razor and shaving cream to trim around the goatee which is embarrassing going to the restroom to shave because a person I paid to cut my hair does not know how to cut hair and when I called the manager all I got was sorry I will never go here again.
