Was given a haircut & shampoo only. Showed a picture of the haircut that I wanted. My cut was at least 2 inches shorter than what I asked for and looked nothing at all like the picture I showed the stylist. The price is cheap & that’s what you get.. a cheap cut. I will never go back there. Haircut

My favorite stylist of all time is back… Albeit only for a few days a week, but Robin is by far the best stylist I’ve had in 40 plus years of getting a hair cut. She’s good at what she does, she’s a people person, and is very friendly. Highly recommend.

My daughter wanted an undercut and he did such a jacked up crooked job. I pointed it out to him and he tried to fix it but I just paid and left and we immediately went to Walmart for them to fix it. Which Walmart said they fix a lot customers hair that come from Great Clips. It was our first and last time ever going to Great Clips. We had the WORST experience here. The staff was nice but the service was just awful. The older guy should NOT be cutting hair. My daughter wanted an undercut and he did such a jacked up crooked job. I pointed it out to him and he tried to fix it but I just paid and left and we immediately went to Walmart for them to fix it. I walked in there and asked for a mullet.. showed the lady pictures. Mind you, it took me so long to grow this hair.. she then proceeds to agree to it and then shave the back of my head. I’m already mad. Then she leaves the top super long when I told her I wanted it cut half of its height (maybe 4 inches off) she cuts one inch and sends me on my way. Will never come here again.

I would have left zero stars but that wasn’t an option. The lady that cut my friends hair did an absolute terrible job. Worse haircut ever! Her name was Cathy. She said she has been doing hair for 20 yrs plus. Seemed more like 20 min cause it was awful. She was rude and very unprofessional. Said terrible things about coworkers. We will not be coming back and telling all of our friends about our experience.

Stylist didn’t listen to my husband. And it’s clear she gave him the same hair cut as the ten year old that sat in the chair before him. She cut it too short when my husbands been coming to this great clips for years and he tells them he wants the same thing every time and they’ve always done it right. He has a cow lick on the back of his head. She ruined his hair. My friends always told me to beware of great clips and before today I didn’t believe her but this stylist scared us off for good.
