Went in to get a haircut ($17.50) I showed her a picture of the length with layers. She said she could do it. She started cutting and then said she needed to blow it dry to check her cut. Now it’s a ‘style’ ($30), and my hair is uneven and choppy. She charged me $15 (senior cut) and $30 for the style. I paid $45 for a cut a second grader could have done with safety scissors. Never again.

I checked in online. Upon arrival, I was told it will be only a few minutes. 20 minutes later no update. Both stylists were giving shampoo’s. No feedback on timing. The screen in front is not working, so no way of knowing if the other online check-in customer was next or not.
