Critical: Quality, ValueI went around noon today and got my bangs trimmed as well as the dead ends on my overall length trimmed as well. I started getting the impression that the woman doing my hair did not know what she was doing – and I ended up being right. I had to tell her 3 times I did NOT want my bangs cut straight across, I wanted them trimmed and kept the way they already were, and I showed her a picture from when I got it cut the last time on more than one occasion. But the main issue is this – not only did she miss multiple pieces of my bangs leaving random parts longer than the rest, but when I got home, i realized she didnt even finish washing all the conditioner out of my hair! The top of my hair has obvious amounts of conditioner still left over on my otherwise dry hair. And I’d like to mention they charge $6 extra for hair washing…meaning I had to pay extra for something I ended up having to do at home afterwards myself due to the stylist’s mistake. Also the random pieces of hair that are longer than the rest of my bangs…? Yeah, I ended up having to trim those myself too. The ONLY reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1, is because normally when I go here I have a nice experience and leave satisfied. I went around noon today and got my bangs trimmed as well as the dead ends on my overall length trimmed as well. I started getting the impression that the woman doing my hair did not know what she was doing – and I ended up being right.
