Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueStylist was named Ana, asked for my hair to sort of long on top and short on sides. Ended up with about 1″ on the left top side, 3-4″ in the middle and 2-3 on the right! Completely butchered my hair, now I have to wait several more months if not a year for it grow back after I take it somewhere else to get a short style haircut which is what I was avoiding. This place used to be good but now it’s just a$$. Came in to get a haircut and waited for 30 minutes only to have the guy skip over me when it’s my turn for someone who literally just walked in. When asked what’s the deal he tried to tell me the guy checked in online. Well I know that’s a lie because the online check-in wasn’t working since at least 4:00 because I tried. Now it’s too late to get a haircut someplace else. Won’t be coming back here again

Been here before and never had issues. Went last Thursday (5/20/21) and got a trim, was still my normal blunt cut all I wanted was 3 inches off. Before I got my hair colored the weekend following. She finished and Showed me and it looked fine. Went to my color appointment at a more professional salon and they suggested giving me a trim cuz it was waaay longer on one side than the other. The stylist told me dont go back they jacked my hair up. Coral was my stylist. So probably won’t be going back.
