I asked for a layered haircut. I walked in with hair at the middle of my back and walked out in tears with my hair at my shoulders. It took 2 others to try and fix the mushroom looking cut that the original stylist did. They did not charge me for my cut or my son’s, but it will take so long for my hair to grow out.

Took my 6 year old here today for just a trim and the 2 women working were both very friendly but the haircut was awful! She probably spent less than 10 min on her and cut her hair DRY it is very uneven. I also was charged for an adult haircut $16. Im very dissatisfied in the service and also now I have to take her to get her haircut AGAIN

Well. I always go to the one in Gun barrel when going to great clips. My husband brought my boys her Thursday and my 5 yr olds hair isn’t faded and his bangs aren’t straight not even trimmed. I could have saved $ and done this one myself. Going to see if I take him back in if someone will fix his hair. Fingers crossed or else I’m going elsewhere to have it fixed. Don’t recommend. Husband said lasdy doing it was rushing spent 5 mins on him. He isn’t outspoken but I sure am. I’m going to see if it gets fixed today.

She had a great personality and also very gorgeous. She ended up doing the massage and hot towel anyways and I’m glad she did cause it was a great experience and I’ll never go anywhere else now in Kaufman. Today was my first time going to a sports clips and I had Edith, I told her I had a coupon for the mvp, but I just wanted the haircut and shampoo, and don’t bother with the massage and hot towel. She had a great personality and also very gorgeous.
