My first time going to Great Clips in Ennis was wonderful! Shannon was the beautician who took care of me. She did exactly what I asked & wanted her to do. It is my favorite cut to this day! I know the others would do a good job as well BUT I will be asking for Shannon from now on. GREAT job! Haircut

I went to their website and looked up their business hours, which said they were open to 7:00. I got there at 6:30 and the doors were locked. There was an employee sitting inside doing nothing. But she would not open the door. So I called the number listed and asked why the sign on the door said open to 7 but the doors are locked at 6:30. She said she was cleaning and didn’t have to explain why. She was rude and seemed more interested in getting off early than doing her job.

I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at a Great Clips, and this is our favorite location. However, they wouldn’t let me stand with my 3 year old son while he got his haircut. They claimed it was because of Covid but if that was true then why weren’t any of them wearing masks or taking literally any other precaution.. I would understand if he wasn’t THREE years old! So if my 1 year old was getting a haircut for the first time would I still not be allowed back there?? This policy should be reevaluated for young children! Luckily my child is use to haircuts but what would happen if he started freaking out and crying or wouldn’t sit still? Definitely not coming back to this location. If they want to use a junk excuse like “covid” there should be actual precautions taken around the salon unlike the mass crowding they had in their salon today. Do better.

Everytime I go they do a great job. “pun not really intended, but enjoyed..” I’ve had a haircut from almost every artist at this location and they all do an amazing job. They ask me what I like, if I want to keep or change my style, if I was happy with my last visit and just want a repeat. They also aren’t afraid to work with you or go free style as well! So if you want to try something new and go bold, they don’t mind going there!
