I have been going to this place for many years. Mostly their services are very good. But today I had the worst experience with the stylist, name starting with (Va….). She didn’t like it when I asked her to go to size 4 after trying with size 5. I asked her for the manager’s number to talk to and she wouldn’t give the number. I asked her if there is a government entity’s number to report a complaint. She wouldn’t give that either. There was a small desktop holder with one of the Texas entity’s number, but she put it down when I tried to take a picture to get the phone number. Coming back home, I have blood on one side of my head. If there is a manager, reach out to me. I can explain.

I moved here recently from Austin Tx and was not sure where to go for haircuts. I saw their salon and decided to try it. Very reasonable price and very good haircuts and styling. I will keep going here. Tony did my last haircut last week and he did an excellent job on the haircut and with washing and blowing out my hair. He used an extra conditioner since my hair is fine and it gave my hair a fuller look.

Great customer service. Got my daughter in 30 mins before close when they had people waiting. The other Great Clips in Wylie had turned her away with no one waiting 40 mins before close. We will continue to bring our business here. Thank you.

I’ve been getting my haircut at this Great Clips and have always had a great experience each time I’ve been there. The staff is always professional and courteous to their clients. In particular, their manager; Toni is an excellent stylist and very nice guy. He is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this location. He is very personable and always very pleasant with all of his clients and co-workers.

Always a great cut! Fortunately my style isn’t too complicated, but even so I sometimes have to get a haircut too soon when it isn’t done right. Great clips does a great job of making sure that doesn’t happen.

My dad went to get a haircut here today and was expecting a normal haircut, get in and get out. When he came home he told me that the person who was cutting his hair was the “manager.” The manager cut his hair and my dad wanted a little more off the back of his head so the manager said “I only cut as far as my hands could reach since you wanted a scissor cut.” Note, the point of a haircut is to do what is necessary to get it right. But this guy apparently had no sense of decency and started to tell my dad how he wanted to quit and then told my dad to “never come back.”

Just ehhhh. My husband and son got their hair cut. Husbands was mediocre, but my son’s was horrible. We had to ask the manager to fix it as much as he could. Luckily both of their hair grow quickly and we were able to go back to SportsClips as usual.
