Had a poor experience with McKinney location few weeks ago. I was told by their area manager to visit Prosper location and was assured better service. Sad to say Prosper location is worst than Mckinney. Rude and arrogant employees. These franchise owners should close this locations!

Love this location!! Stylists are super friendly and will listen to what you want and even make suggestions based on your hair type. My go to stylist is Juan, he is amazing! He always gives me the best haircut and the cutest styles!! My hair is curly so taming it and making it look nice is a struggle but Juan knows what my hair needs everytime! Thank you for being amazing!
