One of the worst cut ever received, very shabby job. I mean just in 3 minutes cut was over even though i was the last person in the queue. Some old lady with spectacles. I mean were you in hurry or something. If this is how you render you services then please quit. I will never come back to your branch on top doesn’t even understand simple English instructions..would never recommend your branch.

It sucks, very bad job and i have told that lady that I am going for my friends wedding and she did a terrible job and they were so rude and they did not even care about customer satisfaction, great clips can do better job I think because I have been a long time customer and on top of it they won’t accept coupons that is sent by great clips to my home! The job is horrible and still charging 18$ sucks because it’s not worth it!!

Worst Great Clips I have ever seen. I took my 4 year child for haircut and Maria did not had any gentleness. She finished his haircut in less than 5 mins even though no on was waiting there. In those 5 mins, my son got hurt with her machine 3 times and cried. I will not recommend it to anyone. Haircut

Very unwelcoming experience and felt like being shamed by the little bit more aged Mexican lady hairstylist there. She was shaming me in front of my son it felt like. Today I went for a haircut on my son after a 102-minutes wait which is not a problem as I did check-in online and the store manager was awesome and she was the reason my son got his haircut. it seems like when my son had a bad haircut by Tori at a different location (Prosper Richland location) she left a note in the system that my family will not be serviced at this location of Custer anymore as she was the store manager here. Really Tori does bad haircut after that she will not even take responsibility of it and make some notes in the system because it feels like she was racially motivated. This is crazy!! The manager asked the aged person to do haircut today whereas the aged lady was not interested in at all and she didn’t talk respectfully at all or didn’t talk at all and at the end of haircut was told as we can’t change the notes please go somewhere else. What a great customer service and experience disgusted!!

Worst experience ever in a salon. Felt uninvited from the point of entry. If you have a clipper, you can do a better job than the lady over here. My suggestion to the location would be, please hire someone who liked the job and not who come for cheap.
