Friendly staff but unfortunately the worst haircut experience I’ve had. I asked for a 0-2 fade and there was no fade, just a harsh line from 0 to far more than 2. Eventually with several times of asking for certain things to be changed we got to what I wanted but was disappointed with how many times it had to happen. The staff was perfectly friendly and willing to do all of this so came out with a net positive but I unfortunately won’t be coming back here

I am increasing my review to 3 stars as it was not very bad experience after all. You just need to take the extra mile as communication is not the best aspect of this place and they need time to know how you want your hair cut.

Non-pleasant behavior by the newly joined staffs here..I checked in the online and waited for 2 hours, and got the text message from great clips that am ready for the hair cut.. but the staff in the front desk simply mentioned that my name is not in their list and I have to do a check in again and wait for another 75 minutes. Reason she mentioned was that I could have selected a wrong store, when am using this store for more than 6 years now and the address in the text message is correctly showing theirs..

one person working. didn’t cut my sides at all and asked twice. didn’t shave my sideburns and i asked. only cut the top and cut it much shorter than i asked for. definitely the worst haircut i have ever got in my life.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityNot happy at all. I’ve had trouble finding a good barber forever but the first 2 haircuts from Bahareh were pretty good. However, the third time I came I was very disappointed. I asked for my hair to be shorter than usual but before I could decide how much she started cutting. Realizing the hair was way too long, I asked for it to be shorter and to my surprise she seemed annoyed. She told me that she would only cut the front of my hair that short and would not cut the rest. This was only maybe 5-8 minutes into the cut so I was not taking up much time. There were people waiting but that does not excuse for a terrible haircut and terrible service. Maybe hire more than just 2 people instead of messing up peoples haircuts. This location is always closed at 2pm due to lack of staff. Need to close this location down as convenience is no longer. So disappointed since this is the main location I have been using since they opened.

I checked in on the app and it said I had a 22 minute wait time. I am 4 minutes away from Great clips and 7 away from my appointment, when the app switches to 38 minutes. I called and all the lady said was I have a customer and the wait time is now 38 minutes. I was a loyal customer to this location but the lady was rude, so I will never come back to this location. I don’t understand why they even use the app when they don’t care about appointments and their customers.

Edited: After an email from Angela Gregg, I found out that – the Great Clips coupon email redirects to map which shows locations that accepts the coupon. Unfortunately, this location didnt.

Owner is very rude, she cut 12 inches long hair in 5 mins, and ask me to get up from the place. Very rude. All the time talking to fellow colleagues, not listening what does a client want. Very PATHETIC.
