Made appointment for hair cut online, there was a 55 minute wait time. I was able to stay home instead of sitting in the wait area, received a text message letting me know my appointment was next so I needed to head up there. Only had to wait 5 minutes for the hair stylist to call my name. Great Clips is one of the few places open on Sunday’s, my appointment was at 4:00 and the waiting area was standing room only. Definitely appreciated the option of making appointment online. Nancy was my stylist, she took her time to give me a great cut, while also telling me how to blow dry and use product to recreate the style on my own. My only minor issues were not being told how the total end cost of service was broken down- I was just given a total price owed and no receipt. I also had a coupon that I received by mail, but found out it was only for Frisco location, not the McKinney location. I’ve received the same coupon twice in the past 60 days, why marketing is wasting money by doing McKinney mailers for only Frisco location is beyond me.

Took my daughter for a cut today, she asked for it just above her shoulders and showed her a picture. She ended up with it cut to her chin and choppy and the back looks like someone who has no idea how to cut hair did it. It’s shorter at the neck then longer then short on top of that?! I think the stylist name was Nicole she apologized and tried to explain what happened but unfortunately it just boils down to she doesn’t know how to cut hair well. I would suggest if you decide to go here make sure you avoid getting Nicole.

yeah by far the worst barber shop i have yet been to. There’s has only been one person that was able to cut my hair and that was sierra. if you’re old and barely have any hair then i recommend this place for you, but if you have even a little self respect for yourself then I recommend never coming here. They litterally do not care for you hair. I went in there at least 5 times before and only once have they actually done it right. I tell them exactly what “I” want and it’s like rocket science for them. I tell them I need a 2 all over. just a simple trim and they go out of their way to make my hair uneven and unprofessional. Overall terrible place but like i said if you’re basically bald and have no hair just come here. I don’t know how they’ll cut your hair but honestly good luck.
