Can’t remember the name, but was an older lady. The whole time I’m getting my haircut she’s telling me about all the people lately complaining to her about how their haircut doesn’t look how they wanted, and she proceeded to tell me they were all crazy and she’s a professional at what she does. She cut my hair in literally 8 mins and is the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life. Would not recommend this place to anyone. None of it is cut evenly or straight AT ALL

I went to the Little Elm great clips today, and I went to this location for last 4 years but today Servise was poor. I have a Note in they system and do same Haircut for all the time. All time they did ok, but today a Asian lady didn’t pay attention to note and did bad haircuts I had in all my life. After that she changed and did anything she wanted. I never give a more chance to her to do haircuts for me again and try different place.
