Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis place is horrible they shaved off half of my son’s eyebrow and then denied it !!! I unfortunately made the mistake of bringing my son here because his usual place was booked and since school was about to start I wanted to get him in somewhere quick. Not only did they do a horrible job with his hair now he’s got to deal with a bad haircut and a missing eyebrow. I unfortunately made the mistake of bringing my son here because his usual place was booked and since school was about to start I wanted to get him in somewhere quick. I come hair when I receive coupons. The man that works here is pretty fast and cuts my son’s hair pretty well. I recommend using online check in. They attend you 1st before any walk ins and they remember what type of hair cut you want.

I’ve been here 3 times now and I usually have a great experience with all the ladies they always are very detailed and communicative to me so when I walk in and get the older Asian guy I was hesitant but I’m not opposed to change. He starting combing my hair and it wasn’t knot free but he wasn’t concerned about being gentle and I am not tender headed but I was saying “owww” and he let me comb my own hair so I am grateful for that. The over all cut is not bad but what really made me come and write this was because he used thinning Scissors and he didn’t ask me if I wanted that, I did tell him I didn’t like those but it was too late he had already started using them still it’s not the end of the world but, I don’t like not being listened to when it comes to my own hair. What put the cherry was I didn’t tip(and I am an over tipper anywhere I go that provides me basic services and it doesn’t even have to be exceptional service) since my experience was so bad. I did say thank you but, he gave me an angry face and shooed me away. I don’t want to stop coming to this location cause it’s really close to me but I would suggest he is probably better with just guys instead.

Stylist did a poor job on my haircut. I gave her a picture of what I wanted but she didn’t follow it. My hair was cut unevenly and very short. It looks terrible on the sides with the uneven cutting. I wanted to cry when she was finished.
