This could very well be the best Great Clips in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I’ve been going to them for several years now. Don’t wanna be rude but they need to hire people who speak and understand English properly. I told the lady to give me angled bangs but she gave me side bangs, it’s not the same thing. Plus she didn’t even cut all my split ends. And why is bangs and split ends costing me $16!? Before it used to be $7. I always come to this location. Was not worth the money. Definitely going to another location next time.

When we started going here. I liked it. The first person we met did a great job trimming my kid’s hair. However the last 3 times that we went there. Our trims were awful. Especially, my husband’s haircut today. His hair cut looks like an unfinished fade. Like someone started cutting his hair, but stopped because they didn’t know how to cut hair. If you go here, avoid the guy on the weekend. So horrible.

I asked an inch off my bangs and he cut them down to an inch. I wear glasses which were off during the cut so I couldn’t see until it was too late. Worst haircut of my life! Would not recommend. Great friend of mine works at great clips. Lucky she doesn’t work at this one. Plus, asked about a military discount and said they do, at the end of the haircut they still charged us full price. Said it was too late and why didnt we inform them at the beginning even though we did.
