I have always come here, but for the past 3 times, it’s always been good, Jennifer has cut my hair before and does a fair job and for the price, but this last one 3 days ago she left one side long, I called her to ask if I could come back to cut a small piece that looked long, and my family members agreed it looked longer, she said rudely that I would have to show her where because she saw it the same, mind you I told her I understand that the cape they put on us could make it see like its right all the way around but clearly every time I fix my hair it shows long on one side, I normally never right reviews, but come on fix it and stop discussing the problem, her co worker that clearly was not there in that day comes and puts her 2 cents agreeing with her, she still left it long but at this point, I didn’t want her to mess it up. I simply will not come back or just ask for another stylist

Went 12/31/22 and they were definitely being racist. I went around 4:45-4:50 asked them to cut off the blonde part of my hair I could do the rest he first said he was closed . I said you close at 5 correct he said yes then he said well I don’t want to cut your hair. I’ve never cut your texture hair before I don’t want to mess it up. I said I’ve been going to several different great clips and had several different ethnicities cut my hair and never had an issue . They still had a customer who was sitting there that they still needed to cut hair. He was Spanish but said since my hair was curly they couldn’t cut mines. I asked for a manager number they wouldn’t give me one. My hair is to my shoulders it’s not that long . The blonde would’ve taken off a lot and wouldn’t have taken long

Great place to come and get a haircut at a low price. They sometimes run specials or coupons but not to often. But if you looking to good this a spot for you. Been here several times getting my kiddos haircut and always leaving satisfied always gone a great job with kids and always have smile on their faces.

What a terrible experience I had here. Zero customer service. The stylist INES does not know how to cut hair and she was incredibly rude. I needed a trim and she messed up my hair. It’s like they’re showing you their frustration and you’re just in there for a haircut. If you want bad customer service go here. Haircut
