We came back to this place after 2 and half years for our teenage son’s haircut. Not sure if its pandemic stress or stylists being over worked – we felt like running away with how unwelcome they made us or any guest coming in feel. Basic courtesy of welcoming folks and communicating in a non rude tone would help. Smiling once in a while helps you and everyone around you :).

I came here for a simple haircut. I was happy with the length of my hair length on my bangs, I simply asked her to add texture to it I don’t think the knew what adding texture meant and took off a whole 2 inches from my bangs which is ridiculous she also didn’t even my sides out so one side of my head is 1 inch shorter than the other side, she even forgot to line up my ears and trim the back. Felt like she rushed this haircut. 1 star wouldn’t go here again unless you want to look like a joke

I don’t know what I was thinking. Possibly the worst haircut I have ever had. It is completely uneven and has sporadic gaps throughout. My hair is very straight and I always get a very basic haircut so I really don’t understand how it is this hard to get it at least somewhat even. Looks like a 3 year old did it. I gave a tip out of pure sympathy in the hopes that the lady can use it for fuel to find a new job. I’m not sure if this is how she cuts hair or if perhaps she just didn’t like me for some reason. Don’t see how that could be since we said maybe 3-4 sentences to each other during the entire 5-7 minute hair cut. Maybe it was a joke and there is some kind of hidden camera for a TV show. Either way just an awful hair cut. Do yourself a favor and either grow it out or just shave it off rather than going here.

I went in for a trim, dead ends and whatnot. I did ask her to put in a little bit of layers which was on me, I typically don’t. But they’re bad lol. I’m probably going to have to get a bob, which is okay I look cute in a bob. But my biggest issue was the cigarette smoke. She just came inside from smoking a cigarette and it was awful. Smoking is a thing that people do, but you’re having to touch me and put your hands in my hair and be in my face. It was so strong I was nauseated. I had to hold me breath for most of the cut.

Hi, Visited the Great Clips location at Teel and Main location inWest Frisco today 03/28. The wait time was 53 minutes and since I hadn’t checked online I decided to wait as I didn’t want to come back the next day. I waited for more than an hour and finally I was called for the hair cut . I was the last customer. The lady who started to comb my hair, said that I have knots and tangles and she doesn’t have time to detangle and do the haircut it as it was already 7pm and was getting late. I tried multiple times to detangle with the brush and help her cut. But she was not at all trying to detangle neither with the brush or detangler. All it would have taken is another 5 more minutes to spray the detangler and do the hair cut. But the lady was very very rude…and she kept on saying.. ‘I’m not cutting her hair.. there’s knots.. its alreday 7 pm’ she was not at all courteous. I’ve been waiting for more than hour for the haircut and finally was turned down very rudely.Never expected such a bad customer service .horrible horrible experience. I would also like to add that there was a courteous male hairstylist who was very helpful and willing to sort out the issue and offered 3 free haircuts in future since I was upset. But I’m never going to that location. I’ve never come across such a rude hairdresser anywhere else.. I just waited and wasted more than hour for getting insulted.

Trisha cannot cut hair. I asked for 1/2 in trim and got a crooked uneven hair cut. Said she was cutting lyaers. She cut layers like I’ve never seen before she gave me an a line haircut because it long in front and short in back. Don’t go here. She butchered my hair. Never ever had a haircut this bad.
