1st visit hear, checked in online. I walked in and they looked at me, but nobody said anything to me and I sat down. I then watch my name be passed over, so I got up and asked and was told I was supposed to tell them I was here. So I suppose this is my mistake, but they certainly could have said something to me like “Hi have you checked in, when we made eye contact upon my arrival”. Or, “I see you’ve been sitting there a long time, have you checked in?” They didn’t because they don’t care.

Not adequately staffed. 2 of the 3 staff members decided to take a break at the same time stating that there is an emergency. The emergency was getting a coffee from the Starbucks next door. No one bothered to greet or ask our name when we walked in. We had checked in online. The wait time was 96 minutes. On arriving, I had to remind them that we were next in line as they randomly called some other customer’s name instead of looking at the check in list. Been to several great clips but this one was the worst so far.

Very bad experience today there 2 stylists and the person who cut my hair just messed it up. Wasn’t ready to listen to what I said zero customer service and was looking for a 5$ tip she had written it on a piece of paper and stuck it by the cash register right as I was checking in she didn’t even deserve the 1$ I gave her.

They do cheap customer service and super cheap haircut… Barber was so frustrated and didn’t know how to do a basic cut, when asked if you experienced she simply gave to another lady and that lady got frustrated too and messed do haircut in so much hurry (hardly 1 min) that she actually hurt back of ear. But they dont bother beacuse people will still come for CHEAP haircuts (6.99, 7.99 etc)

If I could I would give it a minus one rating. Took both of my kids for haircut and it was awful, staff us unprofessional and totally untrained. I have cut better hairs for them during the pandemic.

Worst experience at this great clips location. The stylist was blaming the mistake on my son saying he moved, but the work shows it otherwise. It was perfectly cut in the middle, which forced to go literally head shaved!!!!!!!!!!

Second great clips in Frisco i had visited. All the folks working at this GC location were helpful and responsive. They answered my questions about my religious sensitivities about the haircut experience with regards to what they can accomadate in a polite & professional way. Fortunately they were still able to accomodate my religious sensitivities since they had a barber namely Charles. Charles is an amazing barber who provided a WOW haircut and really put effort into giving me a five star haircut & service. Will return again for haircut with Charles and i recommend him to everyone

The worst salon I’ve ever been to! Awful experience!! One of the stylists was so rude and had zero patience to deal with kids. It was a horrible experience. NEVER go here again!! Kids’ cuts
