I used to get my hair cut on this location in Crosstimbers Flower Mound for many years and I’m satisfied with the service. Recently my last two haircuts from there were terrible, ugly, unprofessional hair stylists. Obviously they’re new and beginners. Still learning how to do their job. You should evaluate them all making sure that they able to perform a good service. I’m very unhappy the damages that they have done in my hair and I swear I’m not going back there anymore.

Flower Mound location: As others mentioned, online checking in is worthless. My 3rd and last visit today as door was locked when I arrived within 15 minutes of the text message to come in. Knocked but girl walked to back room without glancing at the front door. Came back at noon and someone got there ahead of me. 2 other girls in the shop but I guess they don’t cut hair. Asked why door was locked with no sign and was told she had an interview in the back room. The smartest girl is the one interviewing to get a better job in a business that hopefully understands customer service. Owner response to poor reviews is to call customer service. Let me save you the trouble of that response as either you dont care or you offer non competitive wages and can’t get the staff you need.

Checked in online (warning it does nothing when you do this) with a 3 minute wait. They then said it was 10 minutes when I arrived 5 minutes later with no one else waiting. They called my daughter back and more people came in… they then told me my wait was 13 MORE minutes. When I asked why they said other people arrived who checked in before me. Then the wait was quoted as 20 minutes. They proceeded to explain why etc while giggling. I will not be back.

I gave it a couple of times before reviewing. I used to go here all the time and as of the last few months this location has been horrible. Supernova wait, bad haircuts, today was the worst, Checked in with app. waited the 40inutes, showed up to see 3 women and kids sitting at register. Said only taking cash. I left and will not go back.

After going for years, getting at least two hair cuts a year minimum, I can confidently say the best hair cut I’ve gotten in those years was from a different place down the road. I went for an angled bob. The first girl to do it WAS HORRIBLE. I can’t remember her name. But I went back once it dried and got Ashlie. I showed her how uneven it was. Angled on one side and not the other.. and super uneven. I mean it was embarrassing it was so terrible. I can’t stress enough how horrible this cut was. But ASHLIE fixed it. And it is perfect! I love my hair. She took her time and did an amazing job. If you’re a girl and don’t want to be butchered… ASK FOR ASHLIE!! She is a true hair dresser. The other girl was a total joke. I’ll forever use Ashlie for my hair and I’d follow her if she were to leave.
