I walked in, the lady behind the counter looked down at my legs (common as an amputee, its whatever) saw there was a long list of names on the screen, the lady behind the counter asked if I checked in online. I had not, she said it’s going to be a long time, so I asked how long, she said maybe 40 minutes. I said that’s fine, I can wait. She did not want to help me, instead told me I had to check in online, and wait some where else. There were 4 people inside waiting. Never have I ever been treated this way by any employee at great clips. Needless to say I will not be giving my money to any company that treats disabled people this way.

I recently stopped in for a hair cut at Great Clips. I was blown away how clean the store is, short waiting time and how friendly all the staff was! I have thick curly hair that is hard to manage. My stylist Gianna really listened to what I wanted, she cut my hair so well it lays perfect! Gianna was so helpful recommending styling products to use. I was so impressed on how my hair turned out, I was given a high end salon style that is reasonably priced!! I am recommending all my friends and family to Gianna. Thank you again for the great service!!!

Just recently I came into Great Clips to get my hair cut. I am always so nervous to let anyone cut my hair because they always take way too much off when I tell them I don’t want a whole lot off. During my visit there this young girl Gianna took me back to her chair. I explained to her that in the past when I have gotten my hair cut it was never what I wanted. She was so sweet and assured me I would be happy when I walk out the door and that she would take great care of me. She did exactly what I asked and my hair looked great!! She really listened to what I wanted and I loved that! I would definitely recommend anyone that has had a horrible experience to come see Gianna. She recommended me a awesome product that made my hair amazingly smooth and I love it! Can’t wait to come back in a few weeks to get my hair done again by her!
