Wasn’t too happy with my latest visit. I’ve been going to them for years, usually decent, but hard to get the same barber every time. Once I find a good one they move or something. Thought I found a good hairdresser from my last visit and wanted to go with her in the future so I called ahead and asked if Jessica was working and she wasn’t and they told me her schedule.

I tried to use this business. They told me I had to check in online and there would be a 75 minute wait. When I got there for my haircut there were at least two stylists in the building with one customer in a chair. That customer left and I was alone in the facility with multiple stylists. I asked if anybody was going to cut my hair….. they told me I was three down on the appountment list and that they couldn’t wait on me until the other three were taken care of. I was the ONLY customer there, which means the three before me were past their scheduled appointment time. I left, never to return. Definitely need to learn the definition of customer service at this location….. because they obviously cared less. Not the way to acquire a client base.

I got a mailer for 7.99 haircut no coupon necessary which included the Coppell location. Came in on the last day it was valid, they said that corporate ended it a day earlier than what was stated on the mailer. Showed them the mailer that I had with me and they still said they couldn’t do anything. So had to pay 16 when I came in thinking it was 7.99. Employees were rude and no help, basically shifting the blame to corporate. They should have honored what was stated in the mailer or at least done something so people weren’t surprised at the end of their haircut. Maybe put up signs that the deal ended early or not include this location in the mailer if that was the case. I emailed and called using the contact info that was provided in the response to this review and still never heard from the owner….
