This place does not follow the online checkin off late and do mix and match in finding people who gets a haircut. Had a Bad experience of being given a slip not once but twice by the person giving haircut and I was adivised it’s just a few minutes. Waiting online and checking in is not enough to get a seat in this Salon.

Horrible experience. Do not go at the end. I checked in and got message about already in queue. When I go there my name is not in the list. They gave me weird explanation about app messing things. No one was waiting in line with wait time of 40min. They refused to service.

Horrible experience. Had gone here before cause they did a great job but this time was the worst haircut ever reveived. Asked and explained very clearly what was needed but the new stylist did nothing that was asked for. Seems like they just wanted to clear the rush and not focus on the quality of the work. Asked to adjust a little after finished but was not helped. Would give a zero star if possible.

110 min wait with 3 people in the list in front of me. Pretty sure it doesn’t take 35 mins to cut someone’s hair, but sure.

Reached here 23 minutes before closing. Empty place no customers. The lady asked me to leave as she is waiting for people who checked in (and nobody was not even there). LOL. Every time this happens with GC. Probably my last time in any Great clips

3 stars all go to the nice woman who cut my sons hair she was fantastic and so fun with him he had a great time. The rest of the experience was just terrible the lady at the front was very rude and while we waited a regular came in and they bumped us is line he even said he didn’t have an appointment and asked if he needed one (I dont want to use their names and im sure you’ll be able to tell once you get there)
