The lady here does not know how to cut hair she took 6 inches off and had me stand midway through the appointment to “better cut”. She just took scissors and cut through rather than sectioning off hair to ensure everything was even. She ended up cutting each part of my hair different lengths and told me it was a new design. It’s very noticeable my hair wasn’t cut correctly.

The next available hairstylist jumps over me for another customer who had signed in online, which according to their system and regulations does not give priority. Prior to leaving I made mention of this as the stylist had even looked at me multiple times prior to calling the next person. Mind you I don’t dress to the nines for a haircut I ain’t out to impress. So immediately I knew the stylist had assumed I would not tip well or even tip. Got to rewrites my review, this time my daughter was next to me in the waiting line and during my haircut nobody ( two others ladies) went to check on my daughter and she had to wait until I was finished that is when they noticed her bad service this time and what is the deal with “ checking online” if they do these mistakes. On top , they do what they want no matter what you say about how you want your haircut . I’m tired of this place .
