I just asked for a simple half inch trim as I am growing my hair out. Just scissors no razor. The barber then proceeded to shave off 2 inches of hair and style it completely differently than what I asked. Well… I guess I’m not growing my hair out anymore because MY BARBER DECIDED FOR ME. Just complete disregard for the customer and carelessness in the job. Not coming back to this location.

I’ve been taking my son here for awhile now and they do good job. This place is always busy. It’s best to download the app and check in online. It will then alert you when to start heading over. I did notice they raised the prices for haircuts since the last time we were there by $2 so it’s now $18 for an adult cut (over 10 yrs).

I got my haircut at another Great Clips yesterday and they did a horrible job. I called this one and explained my situation and they welcomed me in for one of their stylist to fix it. I checked in online and when I got there I was in a chair in less than 3 minutes. Chong did a beautiful job fixing my hair and making it look great again. So thankful for her skills and for being able to fix the mess of the other stylist. I will be going to this location and asking for Chong from now on.

Overall good experience. Been going to different Great Clips for the past 7 yrs and I have never stuck with a stylist until this one. Super detailed and always has a good attitude. The Great Clips app comes in handy the only thing is you can’t request a stylist and it doesn’t show who’s working on that day so I usually have to call before.

I have visited several branches of great clips in the past and it was great. Today i had bad experience .I went for my daughters haircut. I just wanted simple haircut for short hair. The lady was rude and keep on asking many questions after she sprayed the water. Then she said I am not clear so go and look at the book. Above all she said your daughter should be still otherwise i wont cut. I wonder whether she did haircut for kids before. How can she insist that to a 3 year old? Totally bad morning.
