So the place states walk in welcome… But, when you get there they pretty much scold you for not making a reservation. When you say thay the website states walk in welcome the person that usually has the register states that they are going to change that very soon… and yet almost 1 year since and several visits later and every time is the same thing she gets angry because I never make an appointment and I always point out website states walk in welcome… However much it made the visit horrible… I found a new place so you can thank her for lossing a client.

I am absolutely horrified. I can’t believe I just got my hair chopped off. I said one inch, with a V shape in the back. Totally normal request. Usually I don’t get my hair cut here, but I figured I’d pay less to get it cut since I’m going to get my hair colored in a few days. BIG MISTAKE. I wish I could get more pictures. But it’s hard to get a picture of the disastrous back myself. I am so confused on what happened. My hair looks absolutely disgusting, as if I cut my hair in the dark with a blunt knife. It looks like I got two haircuts. One in the front, and a completely different cut in the back. I never plan on stepping foot in there again, even for my son’s haircuts. I’m mortified.

Worst hair cut of my life. My hair is completely uneven, she had no idea what layers were or how to cut them and has absolutely no idea how to cut hair at all, let alone curly hair. I went in yesterday. I did not have to wait at all. The person that helped me was I believe Angela. It was a great experience with her! She understood I get really nervous of a potential bad hair cut! She reassured me and we had a great conversation as she was cutting my hair before I knew it we were done!
