One of the worst experiences I had today awful customer service from this lady named Trina from ( Vietnam).Scared to go back to Great Clips Absolute Waste Horrendous who gave me the Haircut and just cut my Hair like sheep shearing. She isn’t professional. They just messed up my hairstyle and the beard never come to this place in Allen next to the neighborhood Walmart ( 1512 E Exchange Pkwy Ste 200, Allen, TX75002 ). Seemed like whatever comment I made regarding my cut offended her. she told me to leave to leave I wasn’t getting a cut for free. Have big patches on my face and on my head all thanks to her. I understand people have frustration or other things going on in their personal lives but that doesn’t mean she has to take it off on others by messing up their looks and by being rude. I hate my cut and the beard what she did never coming back to this place.

The older lady who was here tonight 23.10.2022 17.00 I was on time 30 minutes before shut down and she said she was booked went to one down the road she got my money and my buisness theh had people was a single employee also and got to me easy. The old lady has lost a 5 year customer because of her lazyness oh and a 10 dollar gratuity.

If you want the fastest haircut of your life, this is the place to go. But if you have piercings or any sort of sensitivity to your scalp (I have multiple, large and easily visible moles on my scalp) then go somewhere else. The woman who cut my hair, while perfectly nice, rushed so fast she nearly ripped out not one but three piercings (luckily they were mostly healed) and nearly cut into the moles on my neck and scalp. She came close to actually making me bleed. She even made the comment that she’s glad she used a clipper guard for my hair because otherwise she would have cut my moles. I’m all about the cheap haircut but everywhere else I go they at least make an effort not to actually hurt their customers. Proceed with caution.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe costumer service in this place is horrible especially the lady name Brethany ( I believe that was her name an African American lady) .I had never encountered a person so rude in my life. Seemed to me like everything I did was offensive to her.I brought my mom today for hair cut and I asked my mom’s hairstylist if I could seat next to her since my mom does not speak any English. My mom also has severe anxiety to the point that she pulls her own hair. The lady said that was fine with her.Bethany asked me to move to the waiting room and I immediately told her ”no” that I need to be next to my mom in case if she needed me to translate. She immediately got upset and asked me why I was acting so aggressive. It was very obvious that she was upset because she was murmuring the whole time while I was there.This lady needs more training on how to treat customer service she easily assumesEveryone is against her.
