I went and got my hair cut because I went once before and got what I wanted I went in there with hair to my shoulders and wanted bangs an under shave and a trim easy I’ve seen girls with it before and it was beautiful I came out with my bangs uneven my hair uneven I went to a different barber and they felt bad about what had happened to my hair and tried to fix it and it didn’t work out it was so messed up I’m now laying in bed having a whole break down because I had been growing my hair out because I’m getting married in December and it’s gone all of it’s gone due to the utter disrespect they have for other peoples hair I called them to tell them what had happened and she argued with me (the general manager) and said “you should have come back we would have fixed it for free” why would I come back if you already messed it up? Never coming back wasted the $16 on the cut and more on shampoo just so my hair can be destroyed thanks but no thanks

My daughter came in as a walk-in to get her hair done for Prom. I called a few days head of time and they 4old me that they do not do appointments, only walk-ins. I wasn’t aware that I could check-in online. We didn’t have to wait very long before the ladies got her in. The woman who did her hair did a fantastic job. I wish I could remember her name. She took her time and made sure my daughter’s hair was Prom worthy. Thank you again! My girl had a good time a prom and she looked fabulous

My husband and son so here to get there hair cut. It’s hard to find someone that can cut a man/boys hair were it looks good and consistent. The lady that cuts their hair always remembers them even after not going for awhile due to the covid. Overall, a clean and nice environment.

My son is a regular customer there because its convenient since Smartstyle closed. Today he went and he forgot the coupon. I was at home and busy so I called and asked if they would take the coupon code or if I could send my son a picture of the coupon. They said no so I took the coupon there but my son had already paid because they were closing I guess. But to me to not be willing to help a regular customer is just not right. He could have brought the coupon tomorrow I mean its not like it has a barcode its just a code you type in. And I really dont know why my son even went back there after the trouble they caused our family when they told things to my husband that my son had said while he was getting his hair cut. Plus they dont even cut hair very good. They always leave uneven hairs on my grandsons hair.
