Cliche to say I’d rate 0 if I could. This was an awful experience. First girl started cutting and then came to get a second girl just to say she messed up and couldn’t figure out how to fix it without cutting all of my 14 year olds length off…nothing was wanted with cutting the length off. We asked for long layers and curtain bangs. Simple cut. The second girl starts going to town cutting and cutting the same pieces trying to even the hair and wasn’t getting anywhere and then sliced her finger wide open and starting gushing blood all over. When I confronted them, I told them to stop and we were leaving and the first girls response was “I haven’t been cutting long. I’m new” GIRLLL why did you agree? This is a kids head of hair and you wanted to take a risk and then just cut all the length to fix your mistake..? No. Be better.

Alice, the hairstylist that assisted me on 8/2/22, was one of the most loving & customer service minded person that I have met in a LONG time in this field. I knew generally what I wanted but asked her advice on what would look best on me. She took the time to explain what she was doing, all the time giving me hints how I can continue with my hair routine at home. She cared about me, my opinions on hairstyle, and did her best to make sure I left the salon feeling beautiful. (I do!!!) I have gotten many compliments already at work today (usually no one notices my haircuts). First Haircut I got here was fantastic. I asked the lady to write down what she did in the notes on my account. I just went back for a second cut, and asked for what the stylist did last time, and to the best of my ability explained it. He proceeded to completely **** my **** up. Like I look bad, y’all. He didn’t want to listen to me and just kept asking if he could do it his way. I’m on the spectrum and getting a haircut is difficult enough for me already. This was absolutely awful. I went from a solid 8 to maybe a 3 on a good day. Don’t pay 20 dollars for a great clips cut when you could just pay another 10 for an actual barber or salon. Seriously. Turn back unless you like gambling.

I got a coupon off the internet. I am older and usually go on senior day, but armed with a coupon from corporate, out the door I went. Well, story short, I was happy with the haircut, but they refused to honor the coupon. Now, I live solely on fixed SS benefits, so I wasn’t happy and isn’t that the point of a coupon? Anyway, that’s the reason for the rating.
