Hasn’t been the same since Lavelle left. Last time I went there, I wanted my whole head shaved and the blonde lady with glasses was trying to talk me out of it and suggest something else. This is my body and my hair. I should do with what I want with it. I shouldn’t have interference from the stylist when it’s my personal decision. I was under the assumption that it’s the priority of the stylist to put a customer’s needs and wants before theirs.

Great clips is absolutely amazing. Have been going for about 5 years. Went to Supercuts to get an under cut done and a trim because great clips was closed when I needed it done. Terrible mistake. The very sweet lady at great clips fixed it the best she could! I will NEVER make that mistake again.
