Very bad service. I have gotten my haircut here the last 2 times and seems the lady just doesn’t care about the customer. Both times I walked out without even the hair dryer trying to get hair off of me, I leave with hair everywhere. The first time I just wanted my hair a little shorter and I got the rolled eyes. Will never be coming back. Terrible. She doesn’t tell me her name or anything. But all I can say is stay away from the lady with the glasses, her chair is the first one on the left.

I have NEVER had someone BUTCHER my hair the way HEMI did mine!!! I left there in tears!!! I will be calling BBB on them on Monday. I went in for a stacked bob cut. My normal haircut that I get. I’m from Denver and hadn’t had my hair cut in a couple of months. I just wanted to feel pretty again. My son has passed away and I haven’t done anything for myself in awhile. This man butchered my hair!!! My seven year old granddaughter could’ve done a better job than this!!! I am also going to see about suing him for this!!! I am outraged!!! I don’t see where on here I can post pics!!! I have pics though!!! If I didn’t have to give a star to write this review I wouldn’t!!! Do not go to them for anything. Also, I looked around and every salon I have ever been to they have their certifications at their booths on the wall. None in the place anywhere!!!
