When I say I love this place, I love this place! My son has such a hard time getting a haircut and when I tell you these people have the most patience, I mean it!!! Brooke and Alex have been SO KIND and have not said anything about his reaction to getting a haircut. We usually go to BA but it’s just a bit too far with my time being limited. It’s our first time here and all I can say is we’ll be back here for sure!!

Stylist was friendly and polite. I asked for her to shorten by inch and a half. She just kind of trimmed it up a little, did trim eyebrows sideburns ear hair and things like that. Just didn’t listen to one basic instruction. Had not used this stylist before. Usually get the cool old hippie dude. He does good.

I have NEVER had someone BUTCHER my hair the way HEMI did mine!!! I left there in tears!!! I will be calling BBB on them on Monday. I went in for a stacked bob cut. My normal haircut that I get. I’m from Denver and hadn’t had my hair cut in a couple of months. I just wanted to feel pretty again. My son has passed away and I haven’t done anything for myself in awhile. This man butchered my hair!!! My seven year old granddaughter could’ve done a better job than this!!! I am also going to see about suing him for this!!! I am outraged!!! I don’t see where on here I can post pics!!! I have pics though!!! If I didn’t have to give a star to write this review I wouldn’t!!! Do not go to them for anything. Also, I looked around and every salon I have ever been to they have their certifications at their booths on the wall. None in the place anywhere!!! I am outraged!!! How come I can’t post pictures on here???

I got my hair cut today and when I got home it was uneven and had long pieces. I just wanted a trim, no layers, just wanted it straight. Clearly, didn’t get that! The person cutting it seemed new and was very nice but didn’t seem to know how to cut hair. He kept asking me if it was even and had to keep cutting on one side because he misjudged it so much originally. My hair is straight and easy to cut so I didn’t think it would be so difficult. I have used great clips every so often when I needed a quick trim and it’s been fine but I won’t be returning.

I had the worst haircut today by a man named Jessy. It literally took longer to check me in than to cut my hair; I was in the chair maybe 4 minutes. I asked for 6 to 8 inches off; he took at least 10. He started by grabbing a huge chunk of my hair in the back and going straight across with his scissors. He never wet it, never pinned it up to work it in sections, never went back to make sure it was even, and never combed it once (almost missing the hair tucked behind my ears). It was just the quickest, craziest thing ever. I was flabbergasted. Never again.

Had a very good experience. The lady who cut my hair was very professional and did a great job. Got my hair cut and beard trimmed and she gave some good advice on beard shaping.
