I’ve been coming here with my three sons for several years. Always polite in the past and never an issue. Tried to check-in on the app before coming down but it was 30 minutes to close. The app said they were open and there was only an eight minute wait. So we left for our 1.5 mile drive and arrived at approximately 5:38. The older woman (who I’ve never seen before) with long white hair rudely refused to let my son have a hair cut. I’m confused why our business was denied?

Today my friends and I come in for a girls day and haven’t seen eachother in a long while and we come in close to closing time not knowing and we seated our self because there were people at the front and waited for them to leave and they never called us so we waited patiently then a new guy walked in and they began on his hair emidently before us and we went to the front and made a appointment and for us coming in so late there was two lady’s upset with us and my friend asked how long would we be waiting and one of the workers with long brown hair made a smart remark of saying “Uh when someone is done” and we were already on short on time and she continued giving smart remarks and over talking my friend and the woman said “if you leave your done, that’s it.” So I was tried of the disrespect and said we were leaving to get our hair done else where. So today they lost 3 customers and none of us will be going back. I don’t know how they do with hair but respect isn’t given here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

It was Superbowl Sunday, 3 ladies & 1 gentlemen working. That gentleman NEEDS a RAISE STAT! The 2 ladies who cut our Hair were RUDE w/ BAD Attitude! My facial expression & standing RIGHT OVER my son”Let them know…Ya’ll are at a 10 & need to bring it down to a 2! W/ that attitude!” Literally spoke to us as if we were CLUELESS signing in on the App, each person has “Clip Notes” & completely PUT OUT because they had to look the Clip notes up. The gentleman who was working, Literally RUNNING to get thing done & the 2 ladies treated him as if HE’S a Peasant. I tipped (We did get hair cuts so yes I still tipped & always will. I tipped the gentleman way More than the ladies. He deserved it the MOST. I only gave 2 stars til I realized that the gentleman SAVED the day! So he gets 5 stars & the ladies get 2…change that attitude, treat people how YOU WANT TO BE TREATED & SMILE….These ladies NEVER smiled. It was so weird! Ok obviously I needed to get that off my chest! In the end 4 stars credit goes to The gentleman who is AWESOMENESS!

Barbers need to pay full attention to customer’s request. They need to stop acting like they already know what the customers are asking. I requested a bald fade, not a bowl cut. It is common sense to follow the head level but she just assumed based on the picture I showed her. I was dissatisfied but I just acted cool.
