I like this place. We go regularly for my 10yo’s haircut. We have a special stylist we like to request. Employees could be a bit friendlier but they are busy I guess…I gave this store a 4 star rating because I would like the ability to schedule directly with my stylist. It becomes a problem when I don’t know when he’s working next, and no the others won’t tell you for privacy or security reasons I suppose. Also the store fell short of a 5 star rating from me because it took time to “work through the weeds” to find the perfect stylist I felt understood the look my son wanted.

Been here twice and turned away twice. There is always inadequate staffing and a ludicrous wait. I checked in online today at 3:00. By 5:15, they still weren’t ready for my appointment. It’s not the stylists’ fault. Obviously, management sucks. Try a different store.

I came in on July 3rd, 2022 and I wasnt going to say anything but after spending even more money on a 2nd haircut to fix the one this salon gave me as well as trying to style my hair for the past week and being reminded every single day that my length is so short, I cant do anything with it until it grows, I decided to let everyone know to avoid whoever did my hair.

Have to downgrade review. I don’t know if management changed but I am probably not going back to this chain. I booked an online appointment and was instructed to go to location, I drove there and once there I’m in the lobby with 7 other people waiting and the store computer is down. Ok I get it, but do you need a computer to cut hair??? Was asked to leave because heaven forbid I had a card and not cash…not going back.

The hairstylist was RUDE, after telling her what hair cut my son wanted she said she wasn’t able to do it (blend with clippers no undercut/basic haircut he has has since he was 3!) I walked away and she said “I heard what your mom said, what do you want?” Then when she found a “bald spot” on the back of his head she over dramatizes it by saying it loudly to me across the room “Oh my god mom, look at this bald spot how did he get this?” She continues to giggle and speak of it loudly over the course of the haircut. My son was mortified by the time he left and was in tears in the car. BTW- she ends up using the clippers and no undercut.I will NEVER use this location again. She is beyond unprofessional and basicallyas dumb as they come.
